I finished the painting that I posted last week. That was out of my comfort zone and I feel like I fought for every stroke. It's a good thing to stretch and paint beyond what you are comfortable with. Right now it is drying, and I am back working on some new flowers. I did add two images to my other blog this week. One of my favorites, Country Brunch above. You can click here to see the card. And Santa's New Elves, click here.

Holly what a great and cheery painting - perfect card. I love the chickens and the flowers. Made my morning - thanks!
PS - the other card is precious - the Corgis are so cute.
Thanks Karen - People seem to like of dislike this image, There does not appear to be a middle gound. Glad you liked it!
I love santa and the corgis' Holly and I absolutely love your hens.I am a great fan of nasturtiums too. This image really works so well and I like pictures that extend outside the border.
Holly, this picture of your hens is very hapy. Must be all that yellow. It makes a delightful card or it would make a beautiful postage stamp. Your flowers around the edges are also stunning.
Kay
Thank you Cathy - I know I have said this before but painting these card or illustrative images is my joy. Keeps me happy!
