- I am an artist and a Pembroke Welsh Corgi lover. I combine the two in my Christmas card designs that have become a passion of mine for many years. When I paint my cards I would describe my style as illustrative folk art. I will also be posting my original oils and pastels paintings. I hope to use this blog as a tool to grow as an artist.

Lovely drawing Holly. Is this a sketch for a painting? We used to spend hours hunting for dandelion clocks to blow the seeds away. Oh the simple joys of childhood. How I miss them.
Hi Cathy - I have to confess my yard has Dandelions, someday I will have perfect grass but until then I will enjoy the colorful yellow weeds. This is a sketch for a painting in the future.
